Return and Refund Policy
At South Moon, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Requests
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them for any reason. The item must be in its original condition with all packaging and manuals.
Refund Conditions
You can get a full refund or replacement if:
- The item is defective
- The item is lost
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item is out of stock
Pre-shipment refunds will have a 5% handling fee.
Partial Refunds
You may receive a partial refund if:
- You bought the wrong item
- You return the item more than 14 days after delivery
No Refund, but Exchange Possible
We do not offer refunds for the following, but we may provide an exchange if you pay the reshipping fee:
- Incorrect address provided
- Undeliverable packages due to incorrect address
- Packages not picked up by the recipient
Return Procedure
To return an item, email us at [email protected]. If it’s due to a defect or mistake on our part, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label or refund your return shipping costs. If it’s for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
International Returns
International returns may take up to a month to reach us. We’ll process your refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned item, and you’ll be notified by email.
